Messino Fig Balsamic Glaze
One of the most famous Messinian fruits combines with aged balsamic vinegar for a pairing that is unexpected and absolutely perfect, at the same time. We added it to caramelized onions, salads and grilled vegetables and it was, (no surprise), delicious. But someone had the brilliant idea to drizzle it over ice cream and yogurt and we were hooked! Really, you have to try it.
