The most important thing for the perfect olive oil is the harvest season. Olive harvesting begins in October, always with great care for our trees and their fruits. After the olives have been hand-picked, we clean and sort them to start the cold extraction process. We only produce organic extra virgin olive oil with high quality olives. There is a quality control in every step of the process, as well as strict rules for our finished products' storage. Our organic extra virgin olive oil is made of the olive Koroneiki varietal, one of the best varieties of olive oil producing olives in Greece.
