A delectable concoction of chopped Kalamon olives, capers, herbs, vinegar, seas salt and grape must. A favorite addition to canapés, this elegant spread will elevate everything from salad dressings, sandwiches...
The olive tree is highly resistant to drought, fire, pests and disease; it can live hundreds of years. This one's almost 2,000 years old, for real:
The extra virgin olive oil that is derived from its fruit, however, is delicate and requires proper storage in order for it to maintain its high quality. Not to worry, proper storage is not complicated at all, here's what you do:
We advise you store your bottle of Oil Ladi in a cool, dry place away from direct light, especially sunlight. Cool, this case, means between 45 and 80 degrees Fahrenheit (so room temperature is fine). A good place is a cupboard away from your stove.
Note that, if the storage temperature is less than 45 degrees, the oil will become cloudy but that's okay, that will not harm the quality, you just need to let it sit in room temperature for a little bit and it'll clear right up.
Enjoy! and remember, please oil responsibly!
